Six-Terrace Penthouse

New York City, NY

Home at Every Level

This 4,000-square-foot interior and 2,000-square-foot exterior family triplex crowns the top three floors of an intimate building in New York City’s Chelsea neighborhood. Formed by uniting a two-bedroom duplex with a three-bedroom unit, the resulting four-bedroom residence unfolds as a spacious, light-filled penthouse with sweeping views and generous outdoor access.

View of multiple residential balconies with outdoor furniture, greenery, and large windows, overlooking city skyline at dusk with Empire State Building in the background.

Architectural setbacks shape the home’s identity, carving out terraces on each floor and creating an effortless dialogue between interior and exterior spaces. Every room opens to the outdoors, reinforcing a sense of calm expansiveness in the density of Manhattan.

Guided by the owner’s desire for soft simplicity, the design embraces clean lines, quiet materials, and an understated elegance—allowing light, nature, and flow to define the experience of home.
